* Fail-safe mode which loads X in vesa mode on running system.
* Monitor / Video card identification in X GUI setup tool.
* Improved support for creating multiple partitions across a primary slice.
* Improved PBI thumbnailer, now displays embedded icons for large PBIs properly.
* Updated entire PC-BSD toolset to QT4 / KDE4.
